he Journal of Education and Counseling (JECELIN) was formally established under the Decree of the Dean of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Riau, No. 2740/UN19.5.1.1.5/LK.06.00/2025 dated January 20, 2025. The editorial board serves for the period January 20, 2025 to January 20, 2028. The journal is managed by the Department of Guidance and Counseling, Universitas Riau, with M. Arli Rusandi appointed as Editor-in-Chief. The editorial team consists of experienced scholars and practitioners from Universitas Riau and other universities across Indonesia, supported by a diverse reviewer board.
